The experimental Hovertrain was described in this blog post <http://suttongrapevine.org/2009/04/28/hovertrains-and-visions-of-the-future/>, and this audio recording <http://suttongrapevine.podbean.com/2009/07/14/hovertrain/>. This recording tells of the model that was made of the Hovertrain and how it ended up first at the Farmland Museum at Haddenham, and more recently at Peterborough Railway World.

More information on the Hovertrain that Alice wrote about here <http://suttongrapevine.org/2009/04/28/hovertrains-and-visions-of-the-future/>. This experimental transport project was built in Sutton in the late 60’s but the project was closed down only a few years later.
